My name is Angie.  I teach yoga, write, hike, run, fly hanggliders, and I love the outdoors.  I spend as much time on the trails as I can with my Standard Poodle Luna.  
 
I have lived in Lakewood, Colorado for 18 years now.  I have four children.  Little did I know, raising those four kids, the dark path one of their lives would take.

My beautiful and precious son Sam nearly died from a heroin overdose in 2017.  Since that day,  it has been my passion to tell the world about heroin addiction from the inside.  Too many people are hiding, too many people are dying.  

Sam died in November of 2022 and my mission continues.

​I want to be part of erasing the stigma.
